Modifying your order

If you wish to change an order after you’ve submitted it, please contact us at info@ditchmarket.com within an hour, and we’ll do our best to find the best solution.

This policy is designed to ensure that order changes can be made efficiently before the order processing begins. Contacting within an hour increases the likelihood of successfully modifying your order to meet your needs.

Return and refund

In the event that you would like to return or exchange your purchase, please contact us via email within 30 business days of receiving your order.

Should there not be a suitable exchange for your purchase, we also offer store credit to the same value of the item being returned, excluding shipping costs. Please note; we do not offer refunds.

If the item you have purchased is new, tagged, unwashed, and unworn, but deemed faulty, please contact us immediately. Each item is dealt with case by case, and if a replacement is not possible, a refund will be available.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for orders that failed to be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address provided.



To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All orders place with Ditch Market are deemed final upon payment. Should you wish to change your order, you must email info@ditchmarket.com within 1 hour of your order being place.

We cannot change orders that are requested beyond this timeframe.

Please note, after you have placed an order, a receipt is automatically mailed to you confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and Ditch Market reserves the right to cancel an order at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorise a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent activity, or any unforeseen reason or circumstance, as we see fit.

In the event, that one of the above has taken place, and your nominated credit card has been charged,  your order will be subsequently canceled and a refund will be organised.

For items that are on sale, we do not provide options for returns or cancellations. However, we are pleased to offer exchanges or store credit as an alternative.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellation or returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
